Well the show is not finished yet and neither is the manga, so that sucks. As for it being a harem, I don't really see it being that way. I mean it does have girls who like the main character but it's not like a normal harem anime where the girls are all over him and throwing themselves everywhere and being all annoying. It is more of a comedy than anything and it has an interesting story, mystery like. I would definitely recommend it
I thought it was really good, I like love stories and it was pretty funny in my opinion. I liked that the main character was not your typical main character also. I have been in an anime slump lately. Nothing really looks interesting. I feel like there are no original plots anymore. You should watch tonari no kaibutsu-kun or nisekoi. They are two of my recent favorites =)
Hey LJ - yeah it's been a while. I hope things are well with you. I've been awful at maintaining my watching list. I actually have finished watching Shingeki no Kyojin. It's a brutal show with so many questions to be answered. And I agree with you, the psychological aspects really play out well. Let me know what you think of it when you finish.
One show that I am enjoying this season is Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova. It has all these elements that I like - CG animation, submarine/navel warfare, a touch of sci-fi, and fun female characters. Check it out if you can.
I'm really liking it too. The story and the characters so far have been pretty good. I'm not sure, but did they ever have an explanation as to how the players in the real world work out going to the bathroom? Seems like there's always some catch to these kinds of stories. :) Accel World (by the same author) is pretty good too. I have to see when they both end which one I like better.
Well the people that made Zombie definitely have a particular sense of humor. You can find it very odd and funny or it can just come off as weird and strange. I like it - it's one of the few current shows that really makes me laugh. This second season of the show makes even less sense than the first but you just go along for the ride and enjoy it.
Having recieved the following "Club messaging has been disabled for now. This will likely return in the future." every time I try to message all club members. And after spending about an hour trying to find out if they even have an ETA on the return, I decided I have to do this the old fashioned way.
Time to nominate your favorite anime!
Rules are simple, nominate a single anime or second one that someone else has nominated.
You may nominate something you have nominated before, but not a previous winner.

This thread will remain open until 3 June 2012 and is located here.
Oh absolutely! But definitely watch the first series "Bakemonogatari' before Nisemonogatari. The animation, the dialog, the situations, are all very good. I really like the director Shinbou-san. He's also done Negima and Madoka.
Sorry I've have been to MAL in a while. Well I'll definitely give it a try. I do like those kinds of shows. I just finished up Maken-Ki! (not very good) and I just caught the first episode of High School DxD (which looked like it has potential). I like the ecchi just fine but for me it has to have an interesting story as well. Oh and I'm definitely a subs-only viewer.
Hi LJ - well no, no LoveHina. I did watch a few of the TV episodes a while ago and I think at the time there were a bunch of other harem shows that I just thought were better. I think I was just getting tired of the protagonist getting the crap kicked out of him. I did hang on to the OVAs and specials. Would you recommend watching them?
