Your review is more like a blog entry or a recommendation. You see, review is critical evaluation of the content and your personal enjoyment of the work you have chosen to review. So you did state your personal opinion but forgot about critical evaluation.
IMO saying that all anime don’t have flaws is stupid, nearly all anime have flaws and you must show them to your readers.
Also, isn’t it better to say “one of the best anime” I’ve ever seen in my life?
