What the.. you explained the story briefly and well. Are these spoilers? I don't mind though.
Ehm, so the MC's character is what remained relatively constant and it's almost the same with the story progression?
I've seen some similar anime so I really feel you with all these recurring stuff.
Still reviewing the seasons all the same doesn't make sense, see Shokugeki no Souma (2 seasons), Working!! (3 seasons), and School Rumble (2 seasons). The character development of the MC of these anime is almost non-existent and the story doesn't try to move a lot but you won't say that they deserve the same review, most likely the same with this franchise. Furthermore, characters don't make up the entire anime so it's so wrong to judge the anime by them. Don't you think so?
Because the development stayed the same throughout all 5 seasons. The romance was left hanging all 5 seasons, then drops dead on you. I don't want to spoil it, but it was a general review for the anime until the most current.
Sure they introduced newer characters, but they sort of left the other characters on the back burner.
That's cool and everything.. I very well understand that. But seriously, wouldn't there be obvious differences among them in terms of execution, pacing, enjoyment, art, characters (like you said, some were left on the back burner), etc.? Wouldn't you like one season for having a better set of characters more than the rest? Better art? Better animation? Better etc.?
85% of it is the racing, but character development stays the same on takumi.
That's great, but what about the other characters? Lol.
My problem is that they rinse and repeated, hence the same reviews because not much has changed. That's the main point.
Well, I'd get it if you reviewed one season (final season for example) with you saying it represents the whole franchise in your review, since it's commonly done by people who don't like bother reviewing anime by season but rather by the whole franchise, it's not nonsensical.the It seems like either you were too bothered or lazy to review the right way 'cause it's not how it works (obviously) or f*** logic. No offense intended. But man, I give up.
