The story is about a lady scientist who, In a moment of weakness, develops the worlds first sentient AI using a copy of the neural pathways taken from her own dying 9 year old son. Her project is taken over by the military who decide to place her AI as the pilot control system interface for their highly secretive, black budget advanced prototype ground defense battle frame, And the lonely, struggling test pilot assigned to the program.
