Welcome, to anyone stumbling across my profile!

I started getting myself into anime at the age of 6 and have almost been nonstop ever since, with my first (not named Pokemon, Naruto, or Dragon Ball) being surprisingly Code Geass. I've been grinding to watching way more anime as I tend to be very curious about the comparisons, discussions, and reviews revolving around each anime. I also elected to read a lot more manga, light novels, and visual novels for the same reasons. You might realize that I'm very harsh with my opinions as I tend to act really critical but don't assume that I'm a blatant hater as I enjoy any type of medium. It's just that there are a lot of stinkers to me that compare and contrast ones I like or admire. Biased, I know, but that's what it is. Also, I'm welcome to any type of discussion! Just please, make it civil.

Finding meaning in a world they cannot control is life's purpose too. A simple premise about two girls touring but it has a lot of underlying themed that we can dissect.

Yeah! I love that mashup! Although I find it after watching the anime and reading the manga.

Well in terms of the ending, I always think the girls' "last tour" is the story of our lives. We only live once, so technically it is like our first and last tour on this world. The story showcases their everyday lives and I always think of the question: What is the sense of Chito and Yuuri's tour to the top of the city if they find nothing? Similarly, we can ask: What is the purpose of living(experiencing things like Chito and Yuuri's tour) if you'll die at the end (find nothing on top)?

It's totally fine! You'll definitely master the language after practicing a lot! Go for it!

The source material, I’d say it has its own charms. I liked the way Fujimoto panels his manga, especially when it’s used to show the passing of time, which I really liked. Other than that, there’s the usual praises Fujimoto gets for his manga series, whether it’s the way he shades to how he draws certain character actions. It’s worth the read if you liked the anime adaption.

the anime adaptation enhanced what the one-shot originally had, I can definitely say that the anime is better than the source material in this case
