I respectfully disagree.
First, have you read about "inbreeding" in humans? Child conceived from incest always comes with a flaw. They are not a 100% normal. And inbreeding causes the genome to break down in the long run. Check out the history about in-breeding.

Second, The brother was not forceful? I am sorry but no. I cannot agree. His attitude, his way to keep pushing, his way to not let the sister have an option. he kept on pushing and pushing, those are signs of an abusive relationship person.
If he really loved her as he said, he would had stopped by his own will and seduce her the normal way and wait for her to come volunteered. Not just keep on top and push and push and push.
Those are signs of someone obsessed and lusting from another.
