ima good, just watching a relatively emotional anime, if you liked Air you'll like this one a lot, its called Kanon

but its not horror, its more of a love story. anyways, enough about that, you should look at my actual list than my favs, i strongly recomend you take a look at all the ones i've rated an 9 and up

my suggestion is just to skip that scene, because the rest of the 13 episode series has such a good story arc, given that there are only 3 more scenes with as much gore and only 1 of those 3 has a naked girl. but if it still bothers you don't watch it. i guess you can just cover your eyes or fast foward through those scenes

preincess monoke is fantastic, its got a great plot. I can see why you would hate Elfen Lied, its quite graphic and stuff, but i enjoyed it because it was so compelling, the whole story was just brilliant (at least i thought so). i will admit that princess mononoke has a few mildly graphic events but they are very very brief, but i really think you'll enjoy the movie. then again, it depends what genre and ratings your into :P

btw how much of elfen lied did you see
