Well nobody is probably reading this, but if you are then...
See that friends list at the left of the screen there? Go ahead and click the one person there. (edit: well, now there's more than 1 person there, so whadya know? You've got 3 choices now!) (edit: now there's another person there! That means you get 4 whole people to stalk! What fun!) You should be stalking him (them), not me. Oh, also send me a friend request! I'll drop by and say hi, and try to start an anime conversation with you. Unless you're not into that kinda thing...
Anyway! My fav anime of all time is Chuunibyo Demo Koi ga Shitai, that is all.
Oh right! I almost forgot! So, ratings, ratings...
Most of my ratings are based on personal opinions, but i do increase my ratings based on historical importance and how much it impacted me outside of the viewing experience, 'cause that stuff is important to me! For example, I bumped Death note up 3 points from a 1 to a 4 because of the potato chip meme. And yes, I hated Death Note...
Don't hate me for that, please.

As far as KitaKawa goes, I think there's nothing profound about my enjoyment. I think the shock value alone is pretty good. I just want to feel something, anything really when I read a manga. I enjoyed the manipulation and the power struggle. I love to see the dependent and possessive sides of people in relationships. Mabye it's because of how sour my own relationships have been. It was messed up and had a tragic end. I loved it, but I can't say I recommend it for people. 'Kedamono-tachi no Jikan' is even more so in that category. Every trigger warning imaginable for that one.
HxH Dickriding is a very dedicated member of the anitube analysis community, and especially likes Shounen anime and manga. He really likes history too, so naturally he has some videos about politics. But these videos were very raw, he hadn't read much about politics at that time when I started commenting on his content. I pointed that out and became a regular in his videos and blog for a while. I became absent for 6 months, and when I came back he became an even more famous entity in the community (as you noticed), and dived deep into politics, realizing that many anime and manga are about leftism (Hunter x Hunter, Ghost in the Shell).
This is his blog: https://elevenxheaven.wordpress.com/, all of it is very interesting, but some posts are more approachable than others (he is aware of it).
I finished that light novel, Kamisu Reina! As expected, I love the usual light novel "many first person perspectives" approach to story telling. But this story especially, it gave a claustrophobic feeling, since all characters are going insane, gave me chills sometimes.
The story is very good at foreshadowing, since the beginning I knew Reina Kamisu wasn't a real person. But I also thought she was evil and actively seeking to create suicides. I still think that, I think she pretended to be a "phenomenon" (I have to read the second novel to find that out. Did you read that one? "Kamisu Reina:Volume 2 Afterword"). Actually, all that talk about "naming things" creates meaning and stuff like that went mostly over my head, I even thought it was weirdly pretentious, which is funny considering that one character starts talking about energy corpses or something (later called phantoms), yet she is treated as an insane person by the story. But when that guy starts talking about phenomenons in the same way, he is treated as a detective. But I can see why, he is much more logical. Still, comparing the two looked really funny to me. Did you have the same problem caring about all that technical explanation about her in the end?
One twist was brilliant, making ME, the reader, believe that a delusional guy was killed by Reina Kamisu, thus I'm also insane just like him, hahahaha! I also got very impacted by the part where the lover boy tries to get rid of a girl, yet she still insists, ignoring his insults, and this means the world to him. Strong drama.
I think the story can be perfectly described as an ode to feeling "Weltschmerz". German words, as usual, can be very appropriate.

This feeling is very anti-shounen or anti-agency, as all the characters keep complaining about the injustices of life, say they have tried to make things better but we never see their plans, and are all a lost cause since they are going insane. They conclude that god is evil for letting the suffering be, yet, realizing that only we can make the world better, only go depressed as a result. This really contrasts with BoogiePop, where heroism and making a difference is a core part of the story, and one villain actually tries to fix the world and put a stop to suffering forever. One story is about "What is the cause of our suffering and how it can be fixed?" while the other is about "Suffering exists, and little can be done".
I must admit that I'm simplifying their themes without nuance to make this comparison though, but overall it is a correct analysis imo.

Most of the comments are about nostalgic feelings and 90's kids elitism. But for once the elitists are correct, today most anime were removed from open TV because the government created a law against toy advertisements, which is the main way TV gets it's money for broadcasting cartoons. It seems some kids couldn't handle the stress of not being able to have ALL the toys, and kept pestering their parents, thus the law was created. The irony is that most brazilian anime fans have no idea about this law and why things changed, they just complain and miss the old golden days.
What do you think about the new CardCaptor Sakura? What is your current main obsession? On my part, I have been enjoying some discord groups a lot. Here is a thing one of the members from the group produced, a ranking of all the anitubers: https://twitter.com/HxH2011DRA/status/954886936434487296
You are far from the only who cares deeply about Pause & Select, haha.
I also played Doki Doki literature club, and that Discord group started an event to share poems, so we can emulate the club from the game.

Here is one of my favorites that were created there: http://text-share.com/view/97adedd7
Since there are 2 skies, blue and red, the only fitting explanation is that the sky is blue, while the red comes from an airborne island artificially created by mages, so humanity could live away from such creatures. Lol.
But Hiro invaded other people's houses and killed random citizens, just so he could feel alive or something. You could have been one of those people! What do you mean by having more empathy?
what are your favorite arcs from the atory? what are your favorite character? why?
just passing by, dont mind me.
Haha, we have very similar but different perspectives on HxH. I got bored by the octopus guy and loved the Gon parts, seeing such a primitive (morally speaking) kid losing his shit without an easy target to rage at is cool enough (especially with Killua reconsidering his image of Gon), I don't need to care about the characters or stakes to care about the scene. But I really need to actually watch the whole thing or reread it to be solid about anything, but the scenes I do like and remember and the discussions/people surrounding the show are enough to give it a big score on my part.
When I use that sort of medicine and the bad effects kicks in, I assume my body loses control of the blood flow, so all functions start to falter and my skin turns pale. I lose short term memory, and ask the same question twice. I can't stand up, my legs only allow me to crawl around (legs seem to be really blood demanding, it's the first thing your body gets rid off), my heart rate rises up and I my stomach works very slowly (so I don't feel hunger). Really makes me appreciate how intricate and ready our bodies can be to deal with crises.
That image looks like a monster directly from a Magic the Gathering's card. I like the dark blue of it's skin contrasting with the red sky (did you paint it too or just drew it?). Wait, the sky is red?! What is up with that, or with the monster's mouth, is that stomach acid being spilled? I wanna know the story behind this picture.
We should use Discord or something, since it actually warns in real time about a message. My name is CrazyJay there.
I'm not sure if having a question mark tattoo is cool and mysterious or just dumb and edgy. We need to have a bet where my prize is picking your profile image. I wonder what we could bet on...
Hunter x Hunter has the villain fight Buddha in an isolated place to acquire his name, but die to a pocket atomic bomb, then revive as a zen boy who just wants to spend his last moments playing board games with his loli waifu. Meanwhile, main naive character gets morality torture, all tying in with themes and shit. I had already read the manga but cried for the second time on the same scene, and I can count with my fingers the times I cried before (did you cry too?). Togashi put his soul and blood into the story, and I connected with a good part of it. I have to admit many parts are just boring though, I skipped a lot of the anime since I read the manga before.
