If some better character development does happen in Kiznaiver, let me know.
Lol @ your new profile picture. I've been thinking about finally starting Lovely Complex. I would start it now if I didn't already have 11 shows in my watching list. I don't think my brain or schedule can handle anymore.
> Gives Kuma Miko a 7
> "omg you gave Kuma Mika a 6?"
:D
Yeah, Another was pretty ridiculous. I liked some of the characters in that series though, and the rapport between Misaki and Sakakibara was kind of nice. In Mayoiga, Masaki was my favorite, but then they decided to make her target of sexual harassment or even rape in the most cliche way possible, which annoyed the hell out of me.
Aside from the info dumping, I didn't think there was anything seriously wrong with Kiznaiver. The first episode just didn't give me a strong enough incentive to keep watching it like Kabaneri and Joker Game did. If I hear about something amazing happening later, I might pick it back up.
That's fine though. I don't get offended when people don't like objectively awesome anime. :D The MC, if you're referring to Machi, is a little difficult and cold, but I kind of like that about her.
The second episode of Mayoiga made me mad. I posted a rant about it in the discussion thread. In short, it's filled with too many low budget horror-mystery movie tropes. Admittedly, I'm kind of curious about what's going to happen in the next episode, but I'm only giving it one more episode before I decide whether or not to drop it.
My manga list is up to date. The only title I've made progress on is Himawari-san. I would have finished it, but I'm still waiting for someone to scanlate the rest. So I haven't started SQ yet. I take it from your reaction that it's good?
Lmao, yeah, watching something heinous like Kakugo No Susume occasionally would definitely help me appreciate my 10s more. Hell, it might even help me appreciate my 5s.
I wasn't ready for Koutetsujou no Kabaneri. My expectations were so low for that show I almost dropped it before starting it. I'm glad I changed my mind because that first episode was bloody intense—literally. Kuma Miko is still my favorite so far, but Kabaneri is a close second.
I don't think I'd mind the first half of Steins;Gate now that I know what to expect. When I originally saw it, my expectations were probably unreasonably high since it was so widely regarded as a classic. I was bracing myself for some hard drama right out the gate, not a mystery. I forgot most of the story and twists, so I'm looking forward to being surprised again.
I had some issues with Steins;Gate when I first saw it, but lately I've been thinking back on how awesome the second half was, and now want to re-watch it.
I see you started Seirei no Moribito! I hope I didn't hype it too much, and now you're disappointed because it's not living up to expectations, haha?
I didn't think I could enjoy an MMO styled anime until I saw last season's Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!, which was ridiculously fun. I'll likely try Re:Zero eventually. Thanks.
I remember the McDonalds episode. I finished WataMote about a week ago, so all the cringe is still fresh in my mind. If you're sensitive about that kind of thing, I don't blame you at all for not wanting to endure 12 episodes of it.
I haven't seen Oreigaru yet, but it's in my plan to watch. I'm not sure when I'll get around to seeing it. There are still a lot of titles in my watching like Eureka Seven AO that I need to finish. Then I'm adding a bunch of airing shows, which doesn't help, haha.

Honestly, the cringe was pretty heavy in WataMote. I felt kind of bad laughing sometimes, but I only laughed because the lead character was so relatable. >_<
I thought the quirky girl in Mayoiga who puked on the bus driver was interesting. She's probably my favorite character so far.
When I started Seirei no Moribito, I had only planned on watching 1 episode a night. That number quickly jumped to 5, haha. I was a little tired during the day, but it was worth it. I hope you enjoy that series. Let me know what you think about it.
Seirei no Moribito is so good on so many levels. Just the art alone is stellar.
I have Sakamoto in my plan to watch, too. I have no clue what it's about, which is how I like it, so I'll be surprised when it airs, haha. I'm most excited for Kuma Miko (I couldn't pass up an anime with a talking bear), JoJo (naturally), and Mayoiga (seems like a good mystery).
Haha, is being sucked back in a bad thing? I've been well. Still working, sleeping, watching anime, the usual. I've seen some pretty good titles over the last year. Seirei no Moribito, from the writer of Kemono no Souja Erin, managed to find its way into my top 5. This Spring I'm looking forward to the new JoJo.

Masaki is the one. My OCD isn't that bad, but I could empathize with it.
Have you seen Watamote? It's an often humorous, often sad take on social anxiety.
