Are you doing something interesting ?
How are you doing ?

I'm happy that you have your own opinions about Prison School, but you should ask more people about it. Asking only me via PM will not get you the answer you want to hear.
My opinion is that Prison School is 99% comedy+ecchi. Psychological? Mhhhhhh... no, not at all. There's nothing psychological in it.
If you'd like to learn what a psychological manga is then here are some recommendations:
100% pure psychological manga is "Oyasumi Punpun". It will literally f*ck your mind, if you ever finish it through.
A mix of psychological and mystery is "Monster". It will make you think, maybe it will make you think too much.
A mix of psychological and supernatural is "Death Note". You must have heard about it.
A mix of psychological and seinen (game) is "Liar Game". It keeps you reading on and on and on...
A mix of psychological and horror is the whole "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" series. Anime is also very good, but even scarier.
A mix of psychological and mecha (sci-fi) is "Bokurano". This manga will f*ck your brain more than you expect.
A mix of psychological and drama (slice-of-life) is "Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan". You better prepare tissues before reading this one.
Finally, I recommend "Mirai Nikki" as the perfect mix of action and psychological.
As for your second question: I'm still reading Prison School manga, but I'll watch anime once it's completed. Personally I don't expect anything from 12 episode adaptation.
P.S. There aren't many manga that mix ecchi and psychological, because once something is psychological it will hardly turn you on, but an example of psychological-ecchi mix is "Chobits" - some people consider it great, but I'm not one of them.
