Yo~!
A few years back, I remember asking one of my friends "What is anime?"
"Animated Japanese TV shows", she answered me. I remember feeling interested back then.
Up until today, that interest has evolved into love.
*cough*
After that dramatic introduction, how about something more rational? Currently I am a high school student in the chilly Arctic Circle (no, we don't have polar bears here), and as explained above, I love anime. The first anime I ever saw (knowing that it was indeed anime, and not just "cartoon" in which case Pokemon is not counted) was Ginga Nagareboshi Gin, which also lit up the fire in me to overcome my difficulties with drawing and start practising. I even intend to create my own manga one day. I like animals and I'd love to have a cat, but unfortunately I am allergic to them. I wonder if I could get that pet reindeer I asked for after all?
I also play games, so if any of you plays WoW, my main realm is Karazhan. Yeah it's dead I know, trust me - we all do.
Might add something more later. Now off to sleep. *yawn*
