There's a lot of things I'd like to erase from my mind just because I'd like to watch/read as it was the first time again. ~
YAY! I love those specials! <3
And no, the artist is the same, Katsura Hoshino, I think the change was half natural and half because of the shift in the publishing. D.Gray-man was a weekly Shounen Jump manga until volume 16, and then it was changed to the monthly Jump SQ.

Yeah, I was happy to know Tyki wasn't dead too. About the Level 4, I guess the way it's made is just by leveling up, the same as level 2 and 3.
Jasdero and Devit are alive, yeah, but it'll take a long time for them to appear again.
I must warn you, things will change a lot in the story from now on. All the Noah will appear, but we don't know much about them yet. And the art in the manga is very different from volume 17 onwards.
