The first 8 LNs have been adapted, 9 just came out a month or so ago and Connect hasn't been adapted either. I read the manga where Sena wins, but that wasn't part of the canon, no other manga besides that.

While I have read 9 (in my bad Japanese), most of my speculations around the time the show aired were based entirely on the show without having read any of the novels. I read 1-8 (in English) after that, and then bought 9 when it came out.

I have now watched 2 days of straight anime and have to work in 4 hours, all because of FMA's awesomeness, couldn't stop watching.

Its great, thanks, it has something i thought the other one was missing and is satisfying.

Will do, I need to finish some other series first as I've started way too many at the same time.

Ah, I found AnoHana really disappointing because it had been hyped up to be the saddest, greatest anime ever and it just... wasn't. I hated all the characters except for Naruko. It just didn't feel realistic, because Menma died when they were children, but even now when they're teenagers nobody can get over her passing because she was just the most wonderful girl ever. The Menma we see though, is an annoying little moeblob. It was just so ugh.

That sounds really scathing, but seeing as I'm in the minority here, I would still encourage you to watch it if you're really interested or if you like dramatic storylines. I just think it's nowhere near as good as it's made out to be.

Yeah, I've been meaning to watch that someday.

Hehe, technically, I'm not following all of them at once. I read everything as it's updated. I do try from time to time to go through all of my list to see if anything updated while I didn't see :D

Time has been my arch-nemesis lately though, and I barely read anything.
