The overall score is 5 separate scores added and divided by 5.
The overall rating may go up or down by 1 if I want to express my satisfaction/disdain.

Scores for manga may seem inflated because I often pick up manga after watching the anime that made me want to learn the full story.

Story
10: Not only it was devoid of any plot holes and consistent, but I also got into the world I was shown. World-building and the narrative are nothing short of stunning. Plot twists are unexpected and I couldn't predict the story in any major way.
9: Same as above, but it lacked a personal relatability to me or had minor inconveniences in plot/narrative.
8: A decent, interesting story that had me hooked until the end. I was invested in the world, but it had its illogical or half-baked moments.
7: Cookie cutter story/world. It is good, albeit predictable or typical. There are no moments that I will vividly remember, but it was OK.
6: Uninteresting world or story that has no intriguing qualities. Also 7s that had too lazy writing.
5: Major plot holes, world that I can't believe in, story that is tiresome to watch unfold.
4: The story barely holds together, narrative is inconsistent, author forgets to tie most of the loose ends and jumping from one scene to another without any understanding of how his own world works.
3, 2: There is barely a story to tell and barely a world to show.
1: I wonder how anime could exist without world or story, but here we are. It may be a hidden 10, because you need gigabrain to make an anime without either of those things.

Art
10: Ufotable/Ghibli movies, absolutely breathtaking animation.
9: Ufotable series/likes, animation and art are consistently amazing with rare occurrences of downgrading. Alternatively - unique high-quality style of animation or unique art choices.
8: Consistently decent, for the most part. May contain quite a bit of stale scenes, but the animation is good otherwise (e.g. Shingeki no Bahamuth). Also 7s that have a likable animation quirk.
7: Your usual cut of anime. Animation is OK, stale scenes and holding onto one frame for too long are usual occurrences. Also 6s that are too good to be there.
6: Dated art or animation - Neuro Nougami, Ga-rei: Zero, etc. It's not bad per se, but isn't up to modern standards.
5: Animation/art has flaws that you can't help but notice. Also 6s that are really budget.
4: AbANIMATION. Nanatsu no Taizai S3 tier. There are no excuses.
3, 2: Animation so bad it's absurd, you might be getting more frames by flipping original manga at that point. Infamous Twinkle Nora Rock Me-tier.
1: There is no animation, like literally. Windows Photo Viewer and right arrow would do a better job.

Sound

The grade may be pumped up by 1 for amazing OP/ED, even if OST itself didn't provide anything worthy

Seiyuus are a part of Sound, but I grade music above everything else. Not that there are a lot of terrible seiyuus to make that sort of rating anyway.

10: An easily recognizable OST that flows perfectly with everything. I happily listen to it to this day or have it in my music collection.
9: Same as above, but no personal relatability - I loved the OST but not enough to listen to it separately.
8: A decent OST that works really well with everything else, there are some amazing soundtracks, but you don't focus on it too much.
7: Your generic OST. It exists to keep everything together.
6: OST I didn't like too much.
5: Okay, listen. I am no music expert, but I really disliked that OST. It sucks.
4, 3, 2: Objectively bad OST. Like, ear diarrhea or something. Rare occurance, but I figure it may come up in some titles. I really listen to everything, but there is this track that makes you throw up, y'know.
1: No music. Literally.

Characters

10: Every character had its own story, depth and personality. I rooted for the characters and related to some of them on the personal level.
9: Same as above, but I didn't relate.
8: Interesting and unique characters that have an adequate rationale. Alternatively - breaking of expected character design.
7: Characters that are nothing special, but also nothing bad by any means. Some of them might be even memorable, but for the most part they are plain.
6: Too stereotypical or too dumbed-down. Nothing else to say, these characters are usually existing in generic romance/school trash that floods TVs every season.
5: Annoying to the point of anger. You can't help but scream "why" at most of their decisions and cry upon noticing their lack of brain.
4: Absolutely hideous character design that adds nothing new to the industry, stereotypical and dumb to the very extent. There are no redeemable character design choices.
3, 2: Characters are cardboard cutouts, sometimes literally. I am not even mad at that point, just appalled.
1: There were no characters. I have probably picked up Hayao Miyazaki landscape artbook. It's nice, albeit a bit worn out.

Enjoyment:
10: I wanted this to continue forever. I've literally quaffed, breathed and lived that shit. I'd watch this for another eternity as long as it was as amusing.
9: I've wholeheartedly enjoyed the series. I wasn't bored at any point, it was exciting and I am absolutely satisfied.
8: I have enjoyed this. It was boring for a bit here and there, but I am satisfied overall.
7: It was interesting after all. I've probably watched it while eating dinner or just to pass time while waiting for something, but I had my share of fun.
6: I enjoyed it a little or didn't enjoy it all that much. I wanted to know how it all ends, and it was OK, but I wouldn't recommend it.
5: I didn't enjoy it. I forced myself to the end just to confirm that I won't enjoy it. I may have dropped it.
4: I DID NOT ENJOY IT AT ALL. I literally didn't. I probably understand how others can enjoy it, but hell no.
3: I AM DISPLEASED. I HAD A LOT OF MORE ENJOYABLE THINGS TO DO INSTEAD OF WATCHING THIS TRASH. I PITY MY WASTED TIME.
2: I COULDNT CONTAIN MYSELF I WANTED TO BREAK THE SCREEN TO GO OUTSIDE BREATH FRESH AIR DO THINGS AND LIVE I DROPPED THIS AT 5TH MINUTE I KNOW I DID THE RIGHT THING I KNOW I AM THE BEST
