Hey Andi, I'm so sorry, I have very limited time right now since I'm taking care of my newborn baby so I'll have to respond to your other messages some other time but regarding the server, yes, our server is still somewhat active. This is the link if you're interested https://discord.gg/ZB3dGUxC

I drink milk everyday too :) I've been drinking milk almost daily since I was a baby lol. But I think milk is good for dieting even if it has a lot of fat because I find that it's very filling and keeps you full for much longer than regular food or snacks. On days I don't drink milk, I snack a lot, which leads to more calorie consumption than if I just drank milk.

Since you're exercising, it has a lot of proteins too, which will help with your muscle building :) I have a similar diet as you. I mostly just cook meat, rice, and vegetables for lunch and dinner and drink milk almost daily.

I'm not actively looking to lose weight right now though, hence why I didn't cut out the rice or other carbs yet. But if you're looking to lose weight, probably cutting out the carbs is a good idea.

What's an oishi? I always thought oishi in Japanese just meant "delicious" lol

Hi Andi! Thanks for the add! What's Hololive? Is that a Vtuber?
