Much worse voice acting? I agree that the engrish is horrible, but as someone who watched the first season I believe that's a bit unreasonable. I also don't think they used 'repeat same scene' in every episode (some of them were not even related to fights, so why would they). The first season indeed made a wonderful job with the low budget and very limited visuals from the time, but I wouldn't say that an anime from 1980 with that animation during the fights, camera angles (mostly during the fight against Jose) is lazy at all. I mean, I know that fight against the 'I am the king' and the Ape were kind of thrown and I really didn't like, but I don't think it's that inferior to the first season.

Didn't like Joe 2 that much? It's rare to find people who think the first season was better. What are you thoughts on it?
