At first we should take a different aspects, I might be wrong in some of them, it just shows my own perspective on it.
Naruto is supposed to be a ninja-world, stealth world, fantasy type of world where Shinobis are supposed to kill instantly their enemies. Than it turns out that Shinobis are more of a mercenaries for hire and for me it doesn't make it worse, maybe for someone else would. After that it becomes more or a conflict which no longer is about stealth and instant killing, while melee combat quickly turns into huge blasts of magic spells which wouldn't even fit to Shinobi as elemental spells are visible and sometimes loud, depends on each element, execution of weaker spells are fine, the more powerfull one ehhh not my type.
While in Bleach we have a modern world and 3 other realms which involves with afterlife, we learn about souls pluses who should be in Soul Society which is something of a "heaven"/"afterlife" while there are souls minuses which are monsters [nowadays Shounen takes alot of inspiration from that idea - JJK, DS, CSM]. Aswell as there is Hell which will be explained and expanded in manga sequel, so far the only thing we know without spoiler one-shot, that people who commited sins and crimes in their lifes, not when they were hollows will be sent to Hell.
The whole plot goes around Ichigo, while the plot of Naruto goes with his goal of becoming Hokage. Naruto is a plot of that journey. While Bleach is a plot about Ichigo with no goals or set milestone. We learn about Soul Society, later about Hueco Mundo and about each race and even mixtures such as Shinigamis, Visoreds, Hollows, Arrancars, Quincies and Fullbringers.
In Bleach majority of fight especially before TYBW resolves into sword clashes, even with Shikai and Bankai which are some sort of a trump cards it still involves with melee combat, despite some of powers being even broken. Each character depending on their level and race have a specific abilities they can attain, same as with Naruto and what type of elements you can learn/born with.
Betrayal in Naruto wasn't that effective in my pov as friendship of Naruto-Sasuke based on one exam and one mission with Zabuza isn't that much to be that friends as in the show viewed by Naruto, while Betrayal in Bleach is way more hurtfull, Ishida has joined and helped Ichigo through whole Soul Society, he has joined and helped him through Hueco Mundo, he was the only person who was not being affected by Tsukishima and has not betrayed him by his powers in Fullbring arc, there's alot of time of 2 years of Ishida being around Ichigo and helping him and in the end he joins Quincies - trying to avoid spoilers of not yet animated stuff, even tho I know you haven't finished the og.
In naruto there isn't a certain line of what people can/are at their final mastery, all you can do is learn a jutsu, all you need is to accumulate chakra, know the hand signs and just to know how to call that jutsu as it is shown with Naruto learning Shadow Clones all he needed to do is read a scroll, see the signs, call it and that's it.
In Bleach you need a lot of mental training to realise and hear the Zanpakutou which is attaining a Shikai which is way far from Mastering it, even Byakuya in TYBW just has mastered his Shikai for someone who is for years a Captain and powerfull Shinigami. Than you need to prove yourself to spend more time with you Zanpakutou and not consider him as a tool but as a companion to achieve Bankai, again attaining a Bankai and mastering is very different, Yamamoto the main leader of Gotei 13 has mastered his Bankai in og and TYBW Bleach, while 1 thousand years before when he already had alot of power and srength, he wasn't a master of Bankai back than.
Same/similar way will go for Hollows/Arrancar evolutions. Quincies powers [mainly due to having access to Schrift, but gaining Reiatsu/Reishi amount will be similar]
Personally I like more swords fight which is a kudo for Bleach.
Character Design are just a business card for Bleach, in Naruto there are some which I like and some which I dislike.
Soundtrack of Bleach is known in overall of anime community, so here it is out of competition, even if Naruto soundtracks are also nice.
Both were animated by same studio and has the same fluidity of animation for majority of canon episodes so here is a tie.
I enjoy more the plot of Bleach which is based on what occurs around Ichigo, than of following Naruto how he achieves his final goal, which wasn't even shown in the end of Shippuden, it was a special episode and he has freaking being knocked out so Sarutobi had to replace him with that jutsu of changing appearances.
The psychology and depth of ideals of Bleach are superior towards Naruto, as I consider Bleach to be the "Dark Souls of Anime" you need to analyse details to know what's hidden, afterall Tite Kubo has spent alot of time by reading Poems, Checking Fashions and learning how to draw before he got into drawing Sniper [prototype of Bleach] than to Bleach [there were also previous works but just gonna mention these two]
Aswell as the fashion of Bleach, in each colored special arts, characters in World of Living wears different outfits as it is in reality, when they need to wear their uniforms than they do that. The only humans who weren't changing their clothes were Visoreds.
Idk what else I can say that's all I can think of right now [ gonna be afk as I am going to watch soon the Volleyball Match of Poland vs Montenegro]
If you have time you can try to listen through this video, it will show you also why I respect Tite Kubo outside of his creation as his story of a career is quite impressive and there were too many factors for Bleach to not being ever created. Aswell as additional kudos for DB creator as he is also a person who made a major actions to cheer Tite Kubo to create Bleach.
Edit:
Oh Also additionally I love that Bleach each race is based on different cultures/countries, Shinigami - Japan, Arrancars/Hollows - Spain, Visored - Korea, Fullbring - America, Quincy - German. While in Naruto each village feels like just a changing of color of their vest for Jonins and color of a Kage with a name of element.
Yes, because there's alot of titles which were more enjoyable than Naruto.
Which is why it landed that low as for first season, after Chuunin Exam it gets annoying [I am putting aside fillers].
For 2nd season, the chasing of Sasuke was meh, fights with Akatsuki was fine, sudden revival by Pain was just a no, a war arc started great, dropped quickly, was more annoying the closer it became till the end.
Boruto I am not gonna comment on that, movie was enjoyable, the whole season tv show of it... no thanks.
Code Geass, I have reated them a 10, and for a short time 2nd season was in my top 10. While naruto, well I've posted to you which places they had in my list if I would casually sort by scoring without any more details.
