yea, style kinda changes latter on. Although the series is light hearted it gets pretty dark sometimes. But anyways glad your enjoying it

Oh wow your on chapter 35, its gonna be pretty boring at first XD, glad your reading the manga and not watching the anime. Anime is pretty bad except for the new arcs but that's it. Its gonna be a slow start, but its worth it. I'm also rereading one piece, I'm on chapter 43.

Luffy was not always my fav character, at the beginning of one piece I thought of him as a dumb and goofy protagonist. But soon he became more then that, the more I watched the more I loved him. He was and will always be goofy and dumb, but when the time comes he is going to get serious. His character never felt out of place, he cry when he needs to (unlike deku) and he gets angry when he needs to. Luffy doesn't win all the time, he looses more then he wins but he always gets up. Luffy can't become the pirate king without his crew, his crew can't full fill there dreams without Luffy. Most shounen protagonist are talented, most of the time they save the day by themselves. Luffy is not talented, he cant beat everyone he fights, and he can't just start crying and get a power up. He always think of new ways to use his rubber powers, from just being a kid on a boat to one of the worlds greatest pirates out there. You can beat a rubber as much as you want but it always gets up, and that's luffy. Luffy cant save the day by himself, he needs his crew as much as they need Luffy. Luffy never saves the day by himself, but rather the straw hat pirate does. I love each characters in the straw hat pirates almost just as much as Luffy, because each of them is just as important as Luffy. Luffy will do anything even give up his dream just for someone in his crew. I don't relate to him but instead I want to learn from him. He became a pirate to be free, he lived the life he wanted and I want to do that too.

Ok just watched the new MHA ep, I completely changed my mind now XD. Something big is happening, don’t wanna spoiler but I think it’s gonna be good. Manga readers were right 👏👏

yeah, also pretty much nothing is happening in season 5 rn, another tournament arc but this time against Class B.

I find AOT to be interesting, first ep was the best first ep I had ever seen but then it kinda got boring. I think the show is better when your watching it when its airing, I think that's why I enjoyed AOT season 4 so much.

mhm, I love the good guy vs bad guy shows (if they pull it off good). I mean in the recent season stuff is just happening, like something happens and I have no care for it. Also Idk why but I hate deku, he is the exact opposite of my fav character (which is luffy).

agreed with everything you said there. My biggest problem with MHA isn't the plot, its mostly about the character development. Like we have been around with class 1-A for over 50 ep and I still have no clue of 3/4 of Class 1-A's characters. Most of Class A's character are not memorable, have no backstory and character development. Maybe I'm being too picky here and I'm just too used to One piece XD.

yea, especially the recent seasons, its been going down hill ever since season 3.
