Hi, saw your reply to my post on the forum. It took me around 5 months to reach the 130 mark. You need to have a strong drive and desire inside. You need to have a strong reason why u want to do this. Having a reason will help u reach your goal. I used to do pushups 6 days a week without fail, pushing myself till it hurt. Do as many u can in a single day. The best time to do pushups imao is during mornings. Be self motivating, if it doesn't help...watch some strong People, Anime Characters workout. If they can, so can u. That's how u move forward. I hope this helps.
