Re:zero and Overlord are both anime I highly recommend.
Re:zero is about a guy who gets reincarnated in another world and tries to live his new life. Every time he dies though he gets reset to a certain point in the past so it goes about him trying to protect the people he cares for while repeatedly dying and going through the trauma that comes with it
Overlord is about a guy who is the leader of a guild in a famous rpg but one day gets teleported to the world and all the npcs come to life and see him as their absolute master. He cares more about the npcs than the world his in and does anything to protect them not caring who he kills in the process. Overlord is interesting as the protagonist can be seen as the antagonist of the series not the hero

Good to know the manga of Kaguya is good. I'll probably end up reading it over watching it as the manga is very far ahead of the anime. I'm currently behind on a lot of manga series right now though so that will have to wait a while

Yes I heard about her voice actress getting arrested before too which seemed to be the kicker in her going down in popularity. Recently though I've been listening to SeeU a lot more and I think she might actually be one of my favourites. I love her voice a lot more than I remembered
Speaking of voice synthesizers have you ever tried Synthesizer V? Not sure if we talked about it before but its a free english voice synthesizer that is very good and lets you import utau files so I've been able to play around with it
And yes it is a shame that we have very little male Vocaloids especially in other languages but I guess they don't want to taste the risk as they are unpopular? Male Vocaloids never sell nearly as well as female ones

and on the topic on Vocaloid let me just mention my complete sadness as Decentsubs (One of the biggest Vocaloid subbers on youtube) channel got taken down for copyright so hundreds of videos from my playlist are gone :( She stopped subbing 2 years ago so I'm not sure if they will even be reuploaded

Shadowgraph is by Myth&Roid so it's only naturally that would be your favourite one. The quickest way to get me to watch an anime is telling me they did the opening so I can hear it every time. They're on your list so I'm amusing you've never watched Re:zero or Overlord? They both have great openings too by them. Hopefully you like them

Yanhe is the one that came to my mind too. Cant remember her name but there is the purple haired Chinese one who has a lower voice too but I believe she is unpopular
It looks like Vocaloid is the becoming more and more big in China. Even though we have Korean and Spanish Vocaloids they never got the same popularity and Vocaloid releases as China. I'm still sad by the lack of Korean Vocaloids. SeeU was so so so popular when she first was released but now nobody ever shows her any love
I knew about the new upcoming Chinese Vocaloids but haven't seen their designs or heard them so I looked them up and Haiyi's design is really cute and her voice fits really well. And while Haiyi design is cute Cangqiong looks straight up stunning. No new information for Shian though what's a shame

I got a Mikoto and Saya figure! The Mikoto figure is super tiny as it was a limited edition figure that was released with the manga volume

I could be wrong but I believe there are only 2 lower voiced girl Chinese Vocaloids. Chinese Vocaloids are my favourite so it's a real shame we don't have more lower ones. I guess maybe in China they prefer high voices? The higher Vocaloids do sound great as well though

I got Taiko no Tatsujin with the drum, 2 anime figures, and a stool for my doll to sit on! I was expecting my family to hate me for getting Taiko with the drum as it's loud but they enjoy it too so it's fun watching my family be awful at the game

There is a lot I'm watching this season to the point I'm getting overwhelmed! My favourite of this season is Dororo and it's one of the most popular ones

It's nice you have a few favourite swords. Sadly I don't have one. I didn't play Touken Ranbu long enough to really get a favourite. I was more into Kantai Collection. If I had to pick a favourite I'd probably end up picking the fox mask one as I loved his design so much

I knew Yao Luniang was an upcoming Vocaloid but now was my first time seeing her. Her design is plain but I have to say it is cute so I'm not against it. By her design alone I'm guessing she has a high voice. I think we have too many high pitched Chinese Vocaloids tho

Lorra voice was a competition you voted for so I feel super sorry for the girl who won but didn't actually get a Vocaloid with her voice afterall
I just looked for Mo Qingxian and Zhiyu Moke songs and wow there was even a live show with them. A few of their songs are subtitled too. So nice to actually be able to understand them. It's always great to be able to find unpopular Vocaloids with subs as usually you never get them unless you're lucky enough to get a translator to accept a request for one


I'm not sure what it is about this figure but I adore it. I think its probably the colour scheme as it all goes together so well
I looked up the figures you said and the Darudayu is so pretty! The Touken Ranbu one is nice too. Touken Ranbu has a lot of nice figures to the point I was considering getting one

I haven't watched it but I've heard of that anime before it looks like a pretty good comedy magical boy anime
For this season I'm watching: Bunny Girl, Slime, Goblin Slayer, Zombieland Saga. All of them are pretty great anime especially Bunny Girl. Bunny Girl was heavily advertised as a fanservice anime even though its not so its real a shame how much bad rep the anime got because of how they tried to sell it

It's not only Suzune Ring either loads of Vocaloids get abandoned. COCOROBO had a bunch of promo stuff and even a ton of demos from famous producers even coming with well made PVs but we haven't had news of her since 2016. She hasn't been officially abandoned but I highly doubt she will come back after multiple years of silence. And then there was Lorra who I feel some attachment for still as I participated in the voting for who her voice provider would be. The one I didn't like won but still sad that she was left behind. Lorra has been shown in some phone games though so at least she isn't completely forgotten. My bitterness for Ring and Lui disappearing though will always be there considering how much promotion they got

The bootleg figure is called 'twinkle snow ver' if you want to look for it. I got it on ebay and a bunch of others of it were being sold
Hey I have a dead master figure too! Not sure if I already said it but my favourite figure to exist is a Black Rock Shooter one but its limited edition and costs £300 so I'll never get it

They were Bad Apple Wars and Collar x Malice! Still haven't started them though... I'm so bad when it comes to starting games

Sadly there isn't a lot of anime this season I'm interested in but I'll still be checking some series out! I'm watching 'Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken' as I've read the manga and I love it! Then besides that I wanna check out 'RErideD' 'Gobin Slayer' 'Zombieland saga' 'Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama' 'Jingai-san no Yome'

I feel like they could of done a lot better than those Vocaloids but maybe some people will be able to tune them to sound amazing. They should of been given better designs though. Don't see why they had to have the poorly looking 3D modules instead of doing what they did with Cyber Diva. I wonder if we will ever get a popular english Vocaloid

Any Vocaloid which gets put on hold pretty much never comes to life. Please don't bring up Suzune Ring you'll make me cry as I too love her with all my heart. I could rant forever how sad I am that Ring never got released as she still sounds so good. Just looked and wow it's been almost 6 years now I remember when she was first announced and I was so excited for her. There was also the male Vocaloid who went along with her who wasn't released

I also have this bootleg Miku figure! The face is a little off but I still love her. I haven't put her up yet though as she is a pain to put together. I also have 3 Black Rock Shooter figures which I guess count as it was original a Vocaloid song. Congrats on your trio bootleg Luka

There are a lot of english otome games on the vita so hopefully one day you might be able to get one. The games go on sale for pretty cheap time to time too. I brought 2 recently for £20 which usually cost £50 together~! Haven't played them yet though as I am very bad at finishing games. Why is it games are easy to start but hard to finish

On the site to buy Vocaloid 5 there are some voice samples for Amy, Chris, Kaori, and Ken and huh they sound better and a lot more realistic than those song to promote them so I guess it just depends on how their tuned? You can scroll down and there near the bottom. It sounds like their more suited for western pop type of music. All of the voice banks for Vocaloid 5 are the VY series who seems to pander towards western audience so I'm guessing their designs are like that to appeal to people who think of Vocaloid as an anime thing so they ignore it?

A new Vocaloid by Crypton Future Media or a Voice actor/singer one would probably get a lot of popularity. I wonder if Crypton Future Media will ever release a new Vocaloid or is they are just going to forever stick to their big 6. Now that Vocaloid 5 is out though I'm guessing the newer Vocaloids that will be released for it have a running shot at popularity since people will be looking towards those more
IA probably was the last 'big' Vocaloid but I think right now Vflower would probably count as the last big Vocaloid because while she didn't have much popularity when released over the years her popularity has gone up a huge amount due to popular producers using her
Yeah that's true! It was nice seeing releases for older Vocaloids with upgraded voice banks but now there isn't a huge different in newly released voice banks. I mean with Cyber Diva and Cyber Songman new voicebank release there isn't a huge different
Hmm...I'm not actually sure how I would design a Vocaloid unless being cheaper counts. I like the new trend of Vocaloids being released with 2 voices in one like Unity-chan, Una and the new Sora so I'd do something with that as I find it awful that you have to pay so much just to get the same voice but with a softer/harder tone with the other Vocaloids. What about you do you know what you'd do?

At some point in the future I'm going to hopefully save up money and get Iroha! There are so many songs I listen to and think that they'd sound great with Iroha voice so I want to so badly. It's bad that I won't be able to buy a physical copy of Iroha as they won't ship it overseas so I won't have to box to go along with my Iroha figure. Let's hope for the day we can buy our Vocaloids!

There's no special reason behind it it's just that I've never had a reason to own a phone before. I'll probably get one next year though. By any change do you own a vita? There are a lot of Otome games on there too

Yeah there is a few anime this season I want to check out but not as much as last season. I'm happy about that though as I'm the same and still have anime I haven't completed from last season. Right now I've only checked out Overlord 3 and Cells at work but other anime I want to watch this season are Angels of Death, Happy Sugar Life, Banana Fish, Tenrou, Muhyo to Rouji and Angolmois!
Angels of Death if you didn't know already is based off a game so I want to compete the game first before watching it. It's pretty amazing comparing how the game looks to the anime. And Happy Sugar Life is also one of my all time favourite manga so I'm very excited for that to start airing soon!

I hope that in the new season of Free the pink haired guy will show up (I think his name was Kissmi) he showed up in season 2 a little but only as a side character what was a shame as his design was very cute

And another female Vocaloid has been confirmed now! Her name is "Haruno Sora" and she's being released for Vocaloid 5 which software was released just today. I wonder what the difference between Vocaloid 4 and Vocaloid 5 is as not much information on it has been released. There are 4 new voices being released for Vocaloid 5 too Amy, Chris, Kaori, and Ken. It feels weird seeing this flood of Vocaloid information in just one day

Haruno Sora sounds very pretty! The other new Vocaloids though....They sound just UTAU....What was the point of them being made? Their designs are super bland too
Also a while ago I was actually thinking of possibly buying Iroha but then I found out how expensive Vocaloid really is. You have to buy the Vocaloid and software separately and both of them nearly cost £100

I'm glad you enjoyed Mystic Messenger I've only ever heard good things about it. I really want to play Mystic Messenger but I don't have a phone so sadly I can't. Whenever I do buy a phone I think playing Mystic Messenger will be the first thing I want to do on it.
