If I give a series a 7, it's kinda a warning. Better watching something else, unless you have free times. Bellow 7? Better don't watch it at all... And some series have score too high than it deserve, but mostly it's because have nostalgic feeling for me (just see the year; usually 80's, 90's and early 2000's anime), or have kind of impact for me personally...
