I feel rating are arbitrary, but if I ever link someone here it's easier to read my description than me having to say what my ratings mean, but:

4 and below: Trash (I fucking hated it)
5: It's either bad, so bad it's hilarious or just so average and unappealing it's not even worth a higher score. (I disliked it/wasn't my thing)
6: It either has issues where it's lacking in a lot of areas, something I was disappointed with or something that was boring/generic for a majority of the time. Overall, it's hardly worth a watch but its not awful. (It's okay)
7: Middle ground. I enjoyed it for what it was, but knew that it's not worth a higher score or I feel enough effort was put into it that giving it a lower score doesn't sit right with me, although mostly I think it's just a fun little show. (I liked it/It's fine)
8: These are worth the watch, they have great moments and overall are a good anime in my eyes. There may be a few okay episodes here and there, but all together it's a great show. (I enjoyed it a lot)
9: Very good and an absolute must watch, it kept my attention all the way through and I never found it to be boring. (It was amazing)
10: My own personal favourite anime. (I fucking loved it)
