Willkommen!
ART IS SUBJECTIVE! My scores are a measurement of how much a show reflects my beautiful inner self.
Right now I'm watching current anime. I might not even like most of them, but I feel like I should see what's goin on.
I'm interested in movies, music(metal and pop, but everything else too), videogames, and whatever else I can find a way to call art. Maybe some other stuff too.
Ich lerne deutsch.
CURRENT VIDEOGAMES/Time spent greatest to least: Dark Souls 3, Persona 5, NieR: Automata, Fallout: New Vegas

I'm sorry if I have ever come off as rude. I'm not used to internet forums, but I always want to improve. Have a nice day!

I love yr RYM account so if you don’t want it public that’s fine but is there anyway you could make it private without deleting it?
That is because it is awesome!
Can’t find yr discord account at the moment but will keep on searching!
How are things on your end? Btw if you're still learning German: LingoDeer, one of the apps I'm using to learn Japanese, has recently added German to their list of available languages. It's still in a beta stage, but I gave it a quick look and it seems to be fully functional. You might want to check it out.
the ways of hell aren't wrong
Yanis Varoufakis agrees (49:29-52:54). Fascists love each other and know how to co-operate internationally. It's time for progressives to get their shit together and do the same. (You're also gonna love how he answers the first question in the ensuing Q&A session)
I haven't heard "Simple Man" before, but you do have an interesting take on the song. The lyrics totally rub me the wrong way, but I agree that the music sounds more tragic than uplifting or empowering, so I can definitely see where you're coming from...
Incidentally, this sentiment reminds me of something I observe a lot here in Switzerland as well. Whenever we progressives want Switzerland to take on more responsibility internationally (whether we're talking about climate change or our role as the host country of the WEF or our status as a tax haven or what have you), "patriotic" conservatives are suddenly the first ones to belittle our country, claiming that we're much too small to have any effect whatsoever and that we should just stay out of big issues and focus on ourselves. It's the exact same thing that that song is about, just on a national scale.
