Well, I wanted to put here the way I rate what I read or watch.
For manga, mainly I like them more than the anime so they usually have +1 from the anime or equal (so I don't have to say anything really about it)
ANIME:
10 - for "masterpieces" or how I like to say the ones that are worth rewatching, the ones that left me with something and in which I can remember most of what happened after a while xD
9 - for the ones that I enjoy a lot, but I didn't feel quite attached to them (probably not strong enough characters to make an impact on me or just the plot was lacking, or anything that could've been made a bit better)
8 - for the ones that I like a lot, but probably forget some characters names and all that xD and well, probably have some flaws that I couldn't ignore or just didn't interest me that much to fall in love with the series
7 - well, seven is for mediocre, I mean..I like them but only enjoyable but not meaningful.
6 -enjoyed them but they aren't my style, still ok tho
5 - I enjoy them in a weird way but also dislike them =))
4 - dropped...just bad
3 - shit
2 - disgrace to anime =))
1 - I'm not that evil, so I don't use 1.

*I personally prefer longer anime when I rate them 10, because I had enough time to fell in love with the plot and characters and I go through laughs, tears and all that, but some short anime get 10 out of 10 if they have great potential for another season and probably if I didn't binge watch them and got time to actually feel the cliffhangers*
