The thing about me is that I am someone that enjoys pretty much any genre if the story is compelling enough. This is probably one of the main reasons my taste in anime is almost always subject to change.
Well.....except for Steins;Gate and Attack on titan! Those two are untouchable!!! Just kidding!

As much as I would like to admit that good animation is always a great incentive for me to watch an anime, when something is well written, be it in terms of the plot or the characters, I can certainly forgive even the lowest of lows in animation quality. To me, what matters most in any storytelling medium is how well the story itself is written.

Although, on a side note, great animation quality along with the a well written story is pretty much the best thing that an anime can offer, hence that is always welcome!!
