Animation/ Art

10- Perfect and utterly awe-inspiring.

9- Amazing detail and or fluid movement. Minor flaws or inconsistencies.

8- Solid designs and smooth animation. Small flaws, inconsistencies, and few dull illustrations or scenes.

7- Decent to good artwork and movement. The animation may have still images or repeated animation, lack of detail, lack of backgrounds, inconsistencies, and off-model designs.

6- Alright artwork and animation, gets the job done. Artwork may be dull, have lack of details, backgrounds may be missing, off-model, simply strange or unappealing.

5- Nor good or particularly bad. Not noteworthy.

4,3,2- Artwork is plain ugly and uninspired. The animation is barely noticeable, characters barely move and when they do it is awkward.

1- Might as well be a still squiggle.
Story

10- Masterful story-telling. Flawless.

9- Comprehensive, perfectly paced, interesting, and or has a unique concept. One or two plotholes or other story "grievances".

8- Simple to understand, but not necessarily lacking profound content and themes. Entertaining, but has noticeable plotholes, dull moments, or unanswered questions.

7- There is no question that it is fun and may contain some twists and turns, but undoubtedly has many ups and downs. Plotholes are present and apparent and the plot may be a little too simple or too convoluted to understand.

6- Has its moments, but may end up a bore or too cluttered to comprehend.

5- Cliched and nothing special, but inoffensive.

4,3,2- Haphazardly put together and too sloppy to enjoy. Offensively cliched, boring or confusing.

1- What story? LOL.
Characters

10- Iconic characters, most of them if not all. Unforgettable and brilliantly written. They simply feel real.

9- Great designs, memorable and enjoyable personalities, and interesting arcs. Great cast with few annoying or boring members.

8- Characters are entertaining and have nice designs. Some are annoying and forgettable, while others may have questionable moments.

7- Fun cast with some cool standouts but a noticeable chunk being either dull or unbearable. Characters may have questionable motives or personalities.

6- Characters may be cliched and forgettable, but they may have redeeming qualities or decent arcs.

5- Cliched, uninteresting, and present nothing new.

4,3,2- Dreadfully boring characters with lackluster designs and personalities. Annoying and offensive.

1- Dumb.
Music (Anime Only)

10- Masterful soundtrack, every song, tune, and the melody is infectious and won't get out of my head.

9- Amazing hits, and memorable OPs and EDs. The score is solid save one or two that miss the mark.

8- A solid OP, ED and or score. Eds or Ops may be missing some punch.

7- I can hum most songs, but mostly only the OPs is especially memorable.

6- There is at least one song that is solid, but I don't remember the rest too well.

5- It sounds nice, but I can't name a specific track that I like.

4,3,2- Grating or non-existent. Can't be called music.

1- NO MUSIC AT ALL.
Overall Enjoyment

10- Masterpiece and all-time favorite. Nothing can beat it except another 10/10.
9- Amazing work that had me hooked till the end. Really fond of it.
8- Fun to watch and enjoyable despite its flaws.
7- Entertaining, but lacking something to get me super-invested.
6- Good at some parts and worse in others. Not that interesting but has a few good qualities.
5- Either dull and forgettable or had no impact whatsoever.
4,3,2- Offensively dull or confusing. Bad show.
1- CANCER.
