You're damn right he is! :P And Teru is just too funny, she's completely different from your typical weak girl who falls for most popular guy in her school etc etc. I'm on chapter 40 and I can only tell you that the story keeps getting better :3
We'll see how things turn out between Kou, Futaba, Touma and Yuuri! When will they release chapter 23? xP
Sorry for the late reply, I'm spending all my free time reading Dengeki Daisy :P What chapter are you on? I'm already on volume 8, I can't stop reading x__X Thank you so much for suggesting it! I don't want to spoil anything for you, so I'll just say I can't wait to know the details of Kurosaki's story :O
StaySane said: I just want them to get together already. xP
Well, me too :P But I want the other guy to be happy as well... What was his name? Touma? Hmm, don't you think he could end up with Yuuri? The two of them really look alike... They have an innocent look, but they're actually very determined not to give up on their loved ones :3
Oh well, we'll just have to wait for the movie then! But didn't they say it was going to be a recap of the series rather than an after story?
I agree with you about Kou - moreover, if Sakisaka Io hadn't put any obstacles between him and Futaba, Ao Haru Ride would have been 2 volumes long! :P
I've just finished reading volume 1 of Dengeki Daisy and I'm loving it, thanks for your suggestion!! I'd like to keep reading for a while but it's getting late and I have school tomorrow :/ That Daisy is so mysterious, I want to know more about him! >_<
I didn't know there was a manga adaptation for Hanasaku Iroha! :O Thanks for the info!!
Chapter 22 of Ao Haru Ride was a little heart-breaking, after all that's happened :/ But I can't blame Kou, since Narumi's in a horrible situation.
I've just started reading and watching Sukitte Ii na yo too, but I'm only on chapter/episode 1.
Never heard of Dengeki Daisy and Gosick! I'll definitely check them out :)
Yes, Italian is my mothertongue. I'm also learning Latin and Ancient Greek at school and French on my own. Japanese would be a completely different story, though! :P
That sounds like a great plan! Good luck with it. It's exactly as you said, you have to be happy with the job you get - that's why choosing a course of study is so difficult, you have to think about what you'd like your life to be in 5, 10 or 20 years!
About Tari Tari, I've just looked it up and apparently it's set in Fujisawa and Kamakura. I got the same feeling while watching another PA Works series, Hanasaku Iroha - I often paused the video just to have a look at the scenery! :3 That's one of the reasons why it's my favorite anime along with Evangelion :)
My favorite manga is Itazura na Kiss by Kaoru Tada, but right now I'm also in love with Ao Haru Ride! Sakisaka Io is a true genius, I only started reading it because I had nothing better to do and it got me hooked from the very first chapter.
What about you? What are your current favorites?
Hello Sane, thanks a lot for your reply! :)
Unfortunately there are no majors and minors here - you can only take one degree at a time. I do have something like a "natural inclination" towards languages and I think working as a translator would be nice, but I want to make sure I'm interested in Japanese culture as a whole (and not just in anime and manga) before taking such an important decision.
What about you? What kind of job would you like to get?
Ahah, thanks! We're watching/reading the same series! Tari Tari, Kokoro Connect, Suki-tte Ii na yo... :D
