 WELCOME TO MY PROFILE Midnaholic  About Me I'm Spagem. I started watching anime when I was 11, the usual Shounen stuff like Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, Naruto, etc. I eventually lost interest when I was 14 or so, dropped anime completely, then really got into Nintendo. After that I found My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, dropping Nintendo completely. Then when I was 18, a dude on some website made me watch Love Live! School Idol Project due to some deal involving Zootopia, (Which I also got really into by the way, though I never dropped everything and became a degenerate furry.) and now I like anime again and basically nothing else. I think I have a problem, but apparently I've always been this way. Just don't be surprised if I ditch this place once I find the next thing I like. I guess the good thing about anime is the sheer quantity of it, so it's going to keep me busy for awhile. I'm a Japanese learner and consider myself successful for the short time I've been doing it, at least as far as reading goes. I'm hoping to teach English in Japan for a few years after I graduate college. I don't see myself staying because the job market doesn't favor filthy gaijin. Fun language, I recommend. It's the only productive thing I'm doing in life outside of working and school. Taste in Anime I watch pretty much everything, but my "anime passion" lies in older anime from the 1980s. I'm not a fan of most of the seasonal anime that gets put out now, but I usually try a few each season. Mecha is my favorite genre, and I prefer cute girls doing cool things over cute girls doing cute things. The slice of life school genre needs to die. What's up with Midna? I'm not a Nintendo fan anymore, or even a Zelda fan really, but back in my Nintendo phase I had a huge obsession with Midna. She's like part of my identity now, anything else feels wrong even if I'm not an obsessive fanboy anymore. Basically, she was baby's first tsundere. Boku no Waifus plz donut steal

I also hate Urusei Yatsura, and Ranma 1/2. There's just something about Rumiko Takahashi's works that really annoy me.
