About Myself. I usually watch Anime more than i read manga.
First Anime I first remember watching was Ninja Scroll, after that
it was shortly follow by Akira which i didn't like Even though the animation was Top notch.
However Akira is actually my favorite manga that I started reading
from there I started to take notice of other Anime on TV such as Db/Dbz, Tenchi Muyo, Pokemon, Gundam Wing, Planetes and yes even Cowboy Bebop. and for me it became clear what differences there was to anime and cartoons on TV.
So I've been an anime fan now for a long time, probably well over a decade now, (2004) specifically speaking.
That is what I've grown to love about anime. Its the appreciation for the world it creates for its viewers that no other media has done in a way to make me enjoy it and that's strictly my own opinion.
Now there are some Animes that have higher quality than others. For example, some Animes develop characters more, Some have a great beginning, have good endings, have deeper stories, better animation etc. they are facts which compose one's opinions. On the other hand, many people have personal attachments with Animes, good or bad, (doesn't matter) which influences their views on them.
Neither is inherently right or wrong, thus this is a very subjective topic, since most people will have a different opinion on the matter, After all people possess different preferences. Basically, it all comes down to the person and whether they allow that to influence their interactions with other people.
Say For example, I might love ANY anime series you can think of, But Other people on the other hand might detest it and view it as an overall bad series. Although it is okay to debate the topic, Anybody should not insult others over their own opinion over any particular anime. I might however attempt to explain why I view it as a good series and attempt to influence their opinion as well as saying my reasons to what I find positive or negative with honesty without putting people down for what their opinions are and believe me everyone has their own opinions.
In any case, That entire issue though, comes down to "mutual respect". When one person thinks they are better than another the conversation immediately deteriorates. So basically, if you are going to argue the virtues of a show, do so respectfully and intelligently. its something i have known for a while and sure, I have already watched some Animes that I don't necessary like. But they are my opinions after all.
At the end of the day you can't just claim something is beyond everything just because it's your opinion. (knowing some people they probably will) So to all I Say be sincere to others no matter what types of anime you watch, Because anime is still anime regardless.

10/10 - (NOTE THIS DOES NOT MEAN PERFECT) Its only for the highest Grade of Anime That I in opinion Rate In terms of being Amazing In all areas of its own Category from Characters, Enjoyment and Progression etc, by following the LEAST amount of flaws and cons.

9/10 - Its For Animes that are Awesome in terms of watching and experiencing no matter how many times you watch it, they also have their few flaws but despite that though the positives pull through a LOT more in a Very wonderful way.
8.5/10
8/10 - Its for Animes that stands strong on their own in its own unique way.
They might have its own flaws but the positives do outweigh the negatives within the
representation of the anime itself.
7.5/10
7/10 - Its for Animes that have Great assets of enjoyment and Great features of what the anime presents you with, It might however have something holding the anime back from its True Potential though.
6.5/10
6/10 - Its for Animes that are above average which is okay, but lacks a major plus to make the anime much more interesting and really worth while.
5.5/10
5/10 - Average, which means there is a mixture of good and bad in the anime itself.
4/10 - its for Animes that are below average and might not be as bad in terms of guilty pleasures and what not?,
but its still not as good.
3/10 - A Disappointing Anime that is lacking in a LOT of areas.
2/10 - BAD! where the negatives COMPLETELY outweigh the positives.
1/10 - As you can tell Worst Of the WORST and to be never witness by ANY mortal eyes !!.
(Can I just say that this score on my rating is EXTREMELY RARE! to find on my list)
