I just substract ingredients which I really cannot stand like celery and coriander, because they usually make me almost throw up unfortunately.
I haven't created that many dishes, I've made my own creamy tuna tomatoe pasta sauce and my own variations of fried rice.
They were both fine but I liked the Omurice better.
When I say evolve, I usually mean to find ingredients to add or substract from the dish that tailor it more to my liking and that harmonise well together.
But from the series I've only tried to cook like one or to dishes actually
