There's no such thing as story plot. Both sisters are sort of obsessed to make their brother love them. And they will both try to seduce him differently which are really funny to watch...of course if you like ecchi.
Oh TV version is nice but Ova is hardcore!
Ova will start the same as anime, then become different.
It's because they are not blood related they are permitting themselves to do so much. Even their parents are like sex beasts everytime saying Keita which one he will choose.
