The main idea of the story was cute and pretty standard shoujo manga; a rich and handsome boy telling the girl she is to be his wife. The girl is not so cooperative. :D
Hana ni Arashi's story proceeds little differently than your typical shoujo manga but in the end, that's pretty much what it is. Relationship was formed way too fast and it wasn't believable. Also, some of the things were happening again and again in the manga so I got the feeling "no, not again". The story could be a lot more satisfying if the mangaka would stretch it.
