I'm a guy that, while being an extreme Type-Moon junkie (Kara no Kyoukai, Tsukihime, Fate, etc), doesn't really have much in the way of preference when it comes to genre. Aside from pure horror, at least. I consider myself a pretty decent, albeit kind of soft critic - it takes a lot for me to hate a series. Also, be advised that more than anything, while I say that, my ratings are generally summaries of my overall enjoyment, mixed with some minor ideas of perceived quality. Subjectivity is implied.
As a note, a lot of what's on my list, specifically what's lower, I would like to re-watch at some point to see if my opinion has changed.
Other than that? I guess I play a crap ton of video games and I'm an aspiring author.

I'll put what each rating means to me below. Generally, I don't like rating systems cause I think they try to simplify things too much and aren't entirely reliable in measuring, but I'll do my best.

10 - Absolutely Fantastic: I might have emotional attachment to it or it was just immensely hard to put down. Many of these I could confidently say I will most definitely rewatch at some point.
9 - Awesome: It might not be 100% consistent for my enjoyment, or just doesn't measure up to my 10s, but is just shy. Would be more than willing to rewatch at some point.
8 - Really good: Mostly consistent, but with some fizzling out at some points. Would be willing to rewatch sooner or later.
7 - Decent: overall enjoyable with some either sore spots, or it just feels like it lacks something. Might rewatch sooner or later.
6 - Fine: I can watch it, maybe even rewatch it, but the whole time I'd probably rather have been watching something else, or I was watching it just to eat up time. Not entirely a sunk cost, but still
5 - Meh: It was something...
4 - Ehhh...: It's like 6, but less enjoyment than it, and I actually feel something from it unlike 5, but in the opposite direction
3 - Bleh: Probably wasn't much I liked about it. Probably the last tier where I'd watch something for all the wrong reasons.
2 - No: I'd rather not watch it again even if someone begged me
1 - *Walks away and vomits in a dumpster*: Probably something that made me uncomfortable or upset throughout. This is more than likely where most pure horror would go if I was nuts enough to watch one.
