I life in South Africa in the Northern Province now known as Limpopo which is the border province to Zimbabwe were a dictators used to reside, the bastard is dead now, but the damage is done . I am from European descent, i only say this for there are people that believe if you life in South Africa you are from a tribe, which is really funny if you ask me, anyways... My 1ste anime that i watch knowing fully that it was anime was Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen in 2004, it was introduced to me by my best of friends for which now at presents hates anime (go figure). From watching this enchanting show i had my love for anime but no means of getting any. So for 3 years i went through life with a longing for anime and finally one fine day in 2007 after graduating from High School i got the internet, sole purpose was to study online took a while to convince my family, but yea since then its been down hill at full speed or should i say 40 kb/s or 386 bits, yea South African internet connections sucks. Upgraded to 2mb still sucks a bit but better. |

Although will go check my settings and see if I can get MAL to email me for such things from now on :/. Haha I see we do have quite a few anime series in common :) and even some I've been wanting to watch(although not mentioned in plan to watch).
As for Katanagatari, I was really enjoying it up to ep5, I just haven't had a chance to get back into it, due to the long periods between it's releases, by the time the 6th ep came out I was busy at the time and never got a chance to watch it and only recently got all the eps...so hoping to watch it this holiday from the beginning.
Yes I am watching One Piece for the first time. I never watched it cause there was just way too many eps, but in Dec I decided I'm gona watch it and I am glad I did. It is awesome! :D I'm now on ep 344, it is the Thriller Bark arc.

Yeah I see what you mean with them being patriots. What they do are legally wrong but ethically right - in a way. Or rather, they go against those who are ethically wrong.
I'd support such people as well or maybe even be one of them.
