I think Trem was actually telling me to watch the movie first and then go back to watch 25 & 26 not to skip them all together (which I definitely wouldn't do). However I think I am going to watch 25 & 26 first and then the movie. I already know how both the series and movie end roughly (from just being on the Internet it is impossible to avoid Eva spoilers) so what I watch first is not going to affect my judgment and I want to watch it in the same order the fans did when it was first released.
