It is important to know that the changes do NOT apply for the members who already have the Master Loyalty Card.
The reason why we decided to do these modifications is simply because the number of editions we used to have was a lot lower so getting to the Master Card was more of a challenge.
Nowadays, we have a minimum of 15 editions per month so getting to the Master Card is quite fast and it was not what Mio intended when she first started with this.

Dear Members of Dear Clouds,
Recently we had way too many people not respecting the Post Limits and the Number of Cards allowed by the Card Makers.
We have been discussing about a way to fix this but none of the methods we tried worked.
The Card Makers tried to warn the people concerned nicely way to many times and they also tried putting notes on the posts but nothing changed.
Unfortunately, for this reason, we had to come up with a more drastic way to make people understand they have to respect what the Card Makers are asking.
Here are the new rules we came up with to fix this issue once and for all :
- If the Post Limit the Card Makers are putting are not respected, they will ignore your request AND you will have your first warning. At your third warning, your post will be simply deleted and you won't get any cards at all. It takes only a few seconds to read and it will avoid a lot of trouble for everyone.
- If you request more cards than what you are allowed to from a Card Maker (Of course there are always exceptions like the MC, the Bingo, the Anime Challenge, etc.) without any valid reason, THAT specific Card Maker have the right to ignore your request OR if that person is in a good mood they can always message you so you can correct your post.
Please simply pay attention when you request cards. It takes only a few seconds.
I know this message does not apply to everyone but we have decided to send it to all of our members so everyone knows the same information.
Post Limit:
I know it's not always fun not being able to request a card that you would really love but if a Card Maker put a Post Limit, it has to be respected. The reason why i am bringing this up is because recently we had many issues regarding this. People don't pay attention and request whatever they want. If there is a post limit, it's for a reason so please respect it! It takes 2 seconds to read. If you get a Loyalty Card, you will have many chances to get the cards you missed :)!
Master Loyalty Card:
I think we need to refresh the rules on this xD! There are only a few and it's to be fair with everyone.
The Master Loyalty Card has many advantages like:
~ You can request up to 3 days after an edition has been closed IF you did not already request Please.. Only once X___X! Also yes you can request even if it's closed BUT it doesn't mean you can have all the cards!!! You have to follow the rules from each Card Maker exactly like you always do and if there's a Post Limit you HAVE to respect it also.
~ You can request an extra card from each edition. ONE EXTRA CARD!!! Not 2 , 3 or all.... One! Yes it can be applied even if there's a post limit. So this means if you are the 32nd to request and the post limit was 30 you can have ONE card from that person with the master card IF YOU WISH! You can take that extra card from any other Card Makers also.
~ When you do request an extra card, please specify beside.
Example: "Card Maker name": 1, 2 + 3(MC)
It's easier for us to understand and we know you didn't decide to just request one more because you wanted to but because you can with your Master Loyalty Card.
~ If you use any of you privileges, you HAVE to show your Master Loyalty Card in your request or it wont be accepted. If you lost the link you can always ask us and we will gladly give it back to you.
This message will be send to every member of Dear Clouds and i know this doesn't apply for everyone. I'm just remembering everybody because we don't wanna be unfair to anyone.
