"I understand slice of life, but here there is actually a point - the point being that Tomo wants to attract Jun. Yet all too often the show falls into the slice-of-life trap of spinning its wheels. I'm sure every scene contributes to a larger whole, but moment to moment it feels like there's no progression."
I agree. Yeah, I intuit the same thing--an anime that's spinning its wheels. I've seen enough anime with the same problem, so one episode is enough for me. Thanks for the review.
