Since I was a kid I've been watching series like Pokemon, Yugioh, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, and Zatch Bell. At the time I didn't know what anime was. It wasn't until my second year in college when I finally finished Naruto Shippuden. I was looking for something else to fill the void. I decided to watch Sword Art Online because the whole idea of the show seemed pretty interesting. That was my gateway show into watching Anime every day. I then binged Death Note, Your Lie In April, and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. That's when I realized there was more to anime then Shonen and Action. Almost 3 years later, now I continue to binge older series(anything before 2016) and watch new seasonal anime that peek my interest. I love the community and the culture and can see anime being a big part of the rest of my life.
