Yeah I got spoiled a lot about the series but I dont regret it. I really like the way story presents itself.

There is a relase order that you can follow. But if you ask me for Choas;Child, Choas;Head and Steins;Gate you dont really need to read the previous ones. For the others, yeah they are depending on the plot pointes that previos ones have given.
And you should be away from the Chaos animes. They are not good adaptations like Steins;Gate.
So to answer your question, you can read/play the Chaos;Child's VN right away. But having the Choas;Head experience would help you a lot.

No problem mate, always. Yeah I love re:zero I didnt have the time to read the light novel as you did but anime content and the things that I got spoiled (lmao) are preatty good. The thing with the SciADV series is they are bit all over the place. Reading/Playing the Visual Novels are not that helpfull if you really want to understand the main story of the series. But I definatly recommend reading them. Choas;Child is just awsome!
