Since we're heading into the new club year, we'll try to put out more newsletters.
And a new list because there's a good amount of inactives and those that probably
don't want to subscribe anymore. But it's a lot of work to figure that out.

Club Anniversary

The club's 3rd anniversary will be occurring in just under 2 months.
We're still working on what we'll be doing during the anniversary month.
Will there be events? The staff and I will do our best to make it happen.
So hopefully, we can see more people around in the club during April.

On that note, some (or most) of you have noticed the lack of activity in the club.
As I've said before, club activity's a 2-way street. Us staff members can't be active all the time,
since we have things to do IRL. So we're requesting you members to help keep the club active.
On our end, we're doing what we can to keep the club active, such as more card editions.
For those interested in talking in the club comments, some of us are around if needed.

Events

Valentine's Day is coming up and we have a claim just for the occasion.
Remember, you'll need a badge to claim, either the v3 or v4 badges.
For those that don't have a badge, you'll need an OMC to request one.
To those that don't have OMC and/or OCB: OMC v.4 | OCB v.3

We have an event that's based on members participation but it is a work in progress.
The reason is that, we need to know if anybody is interested in it at all.
The idea of the event is that, each month, members would participate in a card edition
along with the staff on a certain theme. Think of it each member being a guest card maker.

Those of you that have been around a few years ago may remember this event from a certain club.
However, we'll only do this if there's enough people interested in doing it.

Staff Recruitment

The Staff Recruitment thread is available for those interested.
The only position available atm are: Card Maker and Claim Maker.
Because each staff members are able to deliver their own cards and we rarely do NLs (only when needed).

The only requirements to apply is access to a photo edition program (ie. Photoshop).
If you don't know how to make a card, you can google around on how to edit pictures,
or do what I do for my cards: play around with Photoshop and see what works.

If you have any questions about it, feel free to contact me.

Club Suggestions

Since we are coming up on the club anniversary, we would like to hear
from you members on what you want to see us do for the new club year.
We're open to any suggestions but it has to be something we can do.

However, stuff like more staff members are out of our control.
Because we can't control who applies and how many.

Special Notice : Recruitment!
Our club love making cards and creating card editions for our dear members to enjoy.
We are currently looking for card makers to help us offer more to our members. Also, what about claims?
They are pretty good, right? Can you help us out or know anyone that would want to lend us a hand?
Let them know and invite them over XD
If you are interested, or know someone who's pretty good at graphics come and be part of our lovely staff.
Even if you're new to the graphic world, please do consider joining us if you would like to improve~

Loyalty Cards
Are you one that likes collecting a bunch of cards? You are?!?! O.O
Then the Loyalty Card is perfect for you! Since it will allow you to request for more cards! For real! xD
(plus it can be used to show off how loyal you are to the club ^^ )
If you don't have one already, feel free to request it here.

Also, did you know that once it's completed, you can ask for some rewards? Cool, right?
Our stamper will notify you when your card is fully stamped so you would
need to request a new one in order to get to Master Loyalty Cards.
Level Up Here. More cards you can ask for as a reward :D

Remember: Everyone needs to use their loyalty card frequently.
If the loyalty card isn't used in a period of three (3) weeks it will be deleted.
Then you will need to request a new one and start from level one :(

Oh, almost forgot. For requesting our loyalty for the first time you'll need to
have one of our Official Member Cards and our Official Member Badges, so make sure to request yours.

BINGO Event
We are playing our Bingo game again!
Thanks to everyone who participated during the previous month's game.
Also congrats to VHBP! since it's last month first place winner.
Not to forget 2nd to 4th place too: EvianBubble, Mahapadma and Hysteria
Our winner asked for a special edition so be sure to ask cards from there too.

Hope to see a new winner this month and once again many, many thanks for playing with us~

Read carefully the rules and keep on checking consistently~ If you are one of those who missed the chance to ask
for a bingo card you can keep an eye on the club. Once this month's game finish, we will open the sign up

N E W S L E T T E R

Happy New Years everyone! I hope you had a great year! If not oh well I don't care. Anyway, as you can see, this newsletter is from Chibis!! I'm trying to make this club active again. I've started by giving the club a new look, and I'm editing all the threads to make them look nicer. The first semester of school is always the busiest, so I'm going to make time so I can help my club. I hope you guys can help this club become active again too! That will be much appreciated (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

Enough of that, now onto more important matters. Most of our staff is busy and yeah yeah yeah we need your help, blah blah blah ╮(─▽─)╭. I'm sure you heard this a million times from other clubs, but seriously, only like four of us is active. You can sign up here if you are interested. No pressure. Since this club is one of those generic card clubs, then obviously, there are some (well, actually only one edition is open) editions open! Right now the Happy New Years 2015 holiday edition is open. There will be more editions to come, so keep your eyes open! (╯⊙ ⊱⊙╰ ) If you want to suggest some ideas for card editions (or some other things like events) then you can speak up here.

Speaking of events, I am going to experiment on some things ヾ(｡･ω･)ｼ. I'm thinking of creating something like money and you have to buy things, with some special events, or like a festival of some sort. I'm also going to reopen the Chibi of the Month thread. I'm going to create a birthday thread too.
