I see you gave a 7 to Tokyo Ghoul. If you were honest about it then the manga will blow your mind.
The anime adaptation butchered the manga and change a lot of scenes and characters.
The fight of Kaneki against Amon (the black haired buff investigator) was actually a fight in the manga with Kaneki dodgin and trying to incapacitate Amon to stop him from helping Mado Kureo instead of him crying like a little bitch, being hit like a sack of potatoes and suddenly being able to bite Amon because plot armor.
Also Kaneki is not a coward pussy crying little kid in the manga and despite failing at defeating anyone he always puts up a fight.
For example in the Fueguchi execution scene. In the anime execution scene Mado is straight up diabolical and is taunting Fueguchi a lot more than the manga and its also skippet the part where he says that he hates the fact that ghouls imitate human behaviour instead of anime Madou just "Hur dur im ugly and mean hur dur"

Dude I just finished reading your review about fate zero and I recommend you to watch fate stay night and Fate stay night ubw maybe you will understand better the story and the characters. Just to tell fate stay night was released earlier.
