Anyways starting with the introduction as the usual rule my name is Humyra Talukder, I am twelve years old. I read in a school name Scholastica. I have an elder brother whose name Sajid Mahmud Al-Beruni. He reads in The Aga Khan School and is in grade 9. My mother Zahida Khatoon is a house wife; my father, Altaf Hossain Talukder is a business man and works in Green-Red airlines. My best friend is my diary, my favorite color is red and golden (a weird choice I know, it’s so much troublesome to choose ones favorite colors now a days, humph life is so much troublesome). Things that I hate are: eating, being girlish, if anyone insults my club Black Fields, if anyone shows off and the thought of losing or being a loser. The things I like are: watching Japanese anime, listening rock or metal songs, being unique, jumping and hoping and sometimes being solitary. Well… it’s true that when you start talking about yourself it’s rather annoying to stop telling about yourself and the thought of not letting the reader get bored makes it feel more urgent and somehow indirectly makes the writer feel worse. Anyways let’s get to the main point, I just got promoted to grade or class five, I shall use the word “Class” because I find it rather easier to use as we usually use the word class instead of grade. I don’t have any best friends but normal friends, and they are Zerin Faiza, Mehereen Anwar, Sadia Akter, Fatema Dulal, and Anshara Chowdhury, and a new friend name Susana Hassan. The group (the group I spend my time and call them friends) is filled with mixture of different types of people, different qualities, and different personalities. Zerin is the one I am mostly close with; we have been studying together since kinder garden, Zerin is eleven years old, cute and friendly but mischievous too. She has a long hair, always has her hair plaited into two tails in school, dark brown eyes, black hair. Puffy cheeks and is a type of person difficult to argue with a particular topic. Then comes Mehereen, she is an honest girl but for some reason I don’t know why but she doesn’t likes to share things, likes to be babied and always seems to look youngest among us all because of her height, well Zerin also looks like a grade 3 or 4 student because of her height but I really can’t compare my height with anyone in my group because I am one of the tall girls in my class. Mehereen has brown hair and brown eyes. About Sadia, well… um I shouldn’t talk just know that she gets annoying sometimes and even if stays in a diet ends up eating chocolate ice cream or coke from the school’s cafeteria. Dulal (which we prefer to call rather than Fatema) is extremely thin and you wouldn’t mind comparing her with a sugarcane stick or a tree branch, worst of all she is extremely stylish and that ends her up to be a joker in the class (sad I know), Anshara…. um… is similar to Sadia but the only difference between them is that Anshara
Doesn’t care about diets and things like that and is rude and… you will understand her as the story proceeds. About Susana I only know is that she is Zerin’s niece (long story how she is) but is a distant niece. I fall in the nerd category in my class; well I pretend and succeeded to be in the nerd category because it’s troublesome to be in the popular group, everyone thinks that I am extremely honest, kind, and you can tell that they belief that I am the “Good Girl”. Well none of them is aware of my temper, which is horrible and I always try hard to control it. I follow all the rules and regulations in the school and the reason behind following school rules is that I don’t want to get mixed in trouble some matters. Class five is in the senior section, I mean falls in the senior section of our school and as this year is the first year of mine and others at senior section, everyone prefers to have something bell full in them. Okay the word “bell full” here means popular or popularity, and any one not having bell, is described as bell less, or in other words the worst you can imagine in your life, I know it rather childish, well to me it is but you can also tell that to a nerd nothing but study matters, but still for high school or I mean class or grade eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve students to care about this things is rather very much childish. Well… you actually can’t change these things in school after all.
