Heya!

I actually put Aria on-hold last fall, not because of anything related to the show, but I just had a ton on my watching back then. Finally decided to take it off-hold last night and I'm enjoying it quite a lot actually. I'm a sucker for cool worlds in anime, and this is definitely one of the coolest. The little tidbits of world building like how the water, weather and gravity are controlled. The jobs like Undines, to "create treasured memories" and the mail delivery to "deliver treasured feelings". How Neo-Venezia is high tech, but also really simplistic at the same time; I hope the future episodes/seasons have more stuff like this ^^

That's how I felt about it too, I dropped it initially while it was airing but after talking about it with a couple of people and kinda seeing it's continued praise I gave it a chance and it was a pleasant surprise. Glad you liked it, always the worst when someone watches something you recommend and don't enjoy it.

I see you gave Garden of Words a 10, think I'll have to check it out. Been putting it off for forever now.

Yeah I watched the first episode of season 2 and hated it, never went back. But I'll keep that in mind, I'll prob read a bit and see how I feel, thanks!

Also, I noticed you have KLK on your dropped section. If it helps at all it gets better in the second half but still maintains that kinda high energy spontaneous pacing to it. I think it's worth picking up and finishing if you ever get the time. But you really have to be in the mood for loud, high energy action comedy. Which is a mood I don't often find myself in. But the later half has some nice character moments and some pretty hype scenes.

I have a random question for you, I've seen the first season of the Tokyo Ghoul anime and thought it was ok, kinda inconsistent, but I like the concept and the beginning and end. But to my point, do you think the manga is still worth reading despite knowing all the things in season 1? It's usually hard for me to read manga for things I've already seen in anime form due to the familiarity of it all. Just curious on your thoughts, later!
