Looks like Gintama us going to be like durarara final arc(3 cour but m with 3 month break in between), when you finish the first cour remember to read chapters 616-624 after(since they skipped big character development and the animation on the fights were bad)

After the anime ends(and after you finish the SS arc in the anime) I recommend reading the manga starting on Shogun Assassination arc(the arc starts on chapter 502) and onward, because I went back and read it, and the manga did the Yato vs Shinsegumi fight better, the Utsuro vs Umibozu fight better, and the Katsura vs Shokkau fight,etc. better than the anime(basically the mangakas artwork and pacing got so good starting on SA arc/Chapter 502 that TV anime can't do all of Final 4 Arcs justice)

Bro, whenever you watch the Silver Soul arc in Gintama I recommend reading Chapters 616-619 when you finish Episode 349, they fucked up the Fight so badly in the anime(the fight was as long as the Hosen fight in the manga...but in the anime it was only half a episode, and the animation and artwork was inconsistent)

Remember what I said before when you watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes make sure to watch the First 2 Movies before the Main Series, I can link the movies so you know which one is which

I'm not fully sure yet, but we'll see in Jump, or July 10th, where another magazine will reveal details

It's looking like for Gintama, the Skipped Comedy Chapters in the manga MIGHT be getting adapted in Fall 2017

You wanna know how genius Gintma foreshadowing is? The Plot for the Silver Soul arc(next and Final arc) in Gintama looks so fucking Hype, I think it's going to be the best Climax Final Battle in anime since Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

That Gintama episode was fucking amazing, one of my favorite episodes of 2017 already

Make sure it's the Manga that I linked you, the anime didn't do a good job adapting the Visual Novel, But the Manga adapts it very very good

I would say it's on Par or almost on par with Fate/Zero at it's best
