Judging from your question about Ehrgeiz, I recon you don't know it
I is a PSX game one of the first (if not THE first) brawler in co-op with Square.
I was pretty damn fun IMO even featured an RPG-ish story.
Well I know nothing of IIIrd strike, but I know of it's parry system, for example.
I've heard that timing the parry needs DEEP precision, and that's what struck me about Daigo (Django?)'s parry. Indeed I knew it was coming, he did, but surviving through it, is another thing.
The vid you linked me, was pretty damn nice. It's a shame the characters don't appeal to me (that's apparently also the reason that IIIrd strike wasn't a major, hit...the entire old-skool streetfighter cast was replaced by these "weirdo's" )
Well first off that guy is almost dead, the other guy's HP is still going strong, this puts amazing pressure on the nearly-dead person. most people start shaking and they can barely produce any "results" (read: moves)
Now this chun-li bloke (I know, it sounds wrong) comes at him with a nifty kick-barrage and this guy blocks all the attacks including the air-borne one. You have to know when that high-kick comes...as well as you have to know that it's actually a high-block one (at least I get the impression it is). After that he immediately counters with an air-kick, ground-attack and slips into super-combo.

Well, take care. I'll just be on the look out for new artworks from you.
BTW, are you using a tablet for you artworks? It looks great. Which brand is it? You don't have to answer if you think its too troublesome =D
Well, I'll see you around MAL then. >_0

Bu yeah, that last round of Necro vs. Urien was pretty damn epic.
I grew up with the old cast, suddely seeing new characters AND calling it street fighter just doesn't really fit me well....guess that's just me :x
