Fine, yes.
One little note about my favorites list: they're all tv shows. Not because I think they're the best that anime has to offer but because I think mixing them with films is a weird practice.
I might need to rewatch a few to see how they place, but a favorite anime FILMS list might look something like this:

With some honorable mentions for Madoka Magica: Rebellion and Summer Wars, both being more interesting than good.
