"Complied" indicates past tense.
I think you want to say: "You must comply with me."
Does that sound right?

You don't know the definition of complied?
It means to obey. Basically.
EX: My brother never complies with me.
This may translate to: My brother never obeys my commands for him to stop bothering me.

Well, I doubt a lot of H-Manga is actually sold in English, so I probably couldn't buy, even if I wanted to. So I rely I translated scans. I don't see anything wrong with that.
Chances are the mangaka gets all the support they need from japan alone though. I'm just mooching off 'em :)
