I'm a cheerful, slightly depressed nerd who likes anime and wants to write books for a living. I haven't seen everything, but I've seen a little bit. Feel free to shoot me a message, I have no life.
i still have to watch both fma iterations, why do you prefer the original? and what about for hxh? i have seen the 2011 about four times now but i have never bothered to start the original show yet
The concept for Kiznaiver sounds pretty interesting, I'll definitely have to check it out ;3
I watched through quite a bit of Full Metal a couple years back and really enjoyed the story/characters, atm I'm tryna grind through a lot of the series I started and never finished in the past so finishing Full Metal is absolutely on my list!
I appreciate the recommmendations thanks, feel free to send me any interesting shows or manga you come across... I'm always looking to expand my horizon ^_^
No no, it's not a problem at all. I did understand you liked it aswell though! ^^
Ah, yeah, that first episode sure is something. It also made a huge impact on me way back. But I totally can understand you can be traumatized if you're 11 years old. How did that happen if I may ask? Just being curious or what? Remember, curiousity kills the neko, nya~ :-P
Here because your thoughs about Elfen Lied. It sure has it's flaws for sure, but it's kind of shame nowdays this wonderfull anime gets treated as a punching bag for no good reason. Atleast I'm glad you atleast have understood the message this anime tried to tell you.
I've seen Elfen Lied for the first time when I was around 16 years old or so, but still today it's only of my favorites mainly because of the message and the plot. Especially with the epicness of the intro song and episode 8:
"Why do I have to be treated like this just because I'm a little differnt from others? Why?"
- Young Lucy (Elfen Lied ep. 8)
People really do get treated like shit if you're a bit differnt compaired with the whole sheep flock what is modern society.
