I became an anime fan a little over four years ago. Sword Art Online was my first one I ever watched and that was on Netflix. I was instantly hooked. I watched all the good anime's I could on Netflix before I hit Fairy Tail. After watching the first season I had to see more so I am now a member to Funimation. I have found this website in the about six months after that. In 2016 I joined IGN Anime Club on facebook and I also now subscribe to Crunchyroll. I love finding people who watch the shows that I love so much. Since no one I know is really into it like me. I watch entirely too much anime when I'm not studying for school. My major is Food Science and I only have 3 years of school left so during that time much more binge watching will happen. I also enjoy listening to Alternative/Pop music and reading. If I'm not doing that I'm playing games on my One S.

There are Shirayuki-hime scanlations (scanned translations) available online which are done by fans of the manga who understand Japanese (some are often translated from Chinese or Korean translations though). Many fans don't have access to original manga in the language they know (for example, English) and so they have to rely on these scanlations. There are many websites where you can read many, many manga online for free. Of course they are not legal. And dedicated fans buy manga when they are made available in their country (legally). And some hard core fans would even buy Japanese version just to show their support to the author! Check your PM!

I only understand a bit of Japanese when it's spoken (not all dialects though) as in anime and can read only hiragana and katakana and very few kanji (doesn't even amount to anything).

Hey, if you are enjoying Akagami no Shirayuki-hime then you'll probably adore Akatsuki no Yona (2014) and one of the classics Saiunkoku Monogatari (2006).

I don't mind discussing Shirayuki-hime with you in this comments section. My inbox tends to always become full with PM and I always reach the limits set for member accounts so I tend to use it only when I really need to (like discussing with forum/database moderators etc.). :)

Before I proceed, I want to make it clear that I am more a KikiHide fan than a ZenYuki fan. :)
