Good choices. I believe the SciADV series now belong to PQube since they licensed the original Steins;Gate and 0. I did hear Chaos;Child might be releasing this year, though take this with a grain of salt.

I want HatsuSaku to be localized too. Not sure how Saga Planets thinks about an English localization though.

Kickstarter ended with great success. Better than I expected when we reached the base goal. To think that we jumped over 60K in two days is a miracle. Sad that we didn't get to 240K for that 16-page booklet, but knowing light, they'll probably sell it at a con or their online store for the Japanese consumers to buy. Oh well, would've preferred the artbook anyway.

I like the new Marie art as well. It's pretty much the only thing light and the PR team got right in this KS. XD At least this KS gave me an excuse to get the tapestries I have been wanting for so long (looking at you Lotus/Rusalka tapestry).

1. fortissimo EXS (obvious first choice is obvious)
2. ReLIEF (Despite some people hating on it, I did love the vibrant artwork and character designs when I first saw it so it gets my vote. Also the majority of the staff were first-timers so give them a break.)
3. Reminiscence (All for that Tomose Shunsaku character design!)

Honorable mentions include:
1. Chaos;Child (Because anime brings popularity...hopefully)
2. Dracu-Riot (Yuzusoft partnership)
3. Gensou no Idea (Same reasoning as Dracu-Riot)
4. Kamidori (or any Eushully game)
5. EXTRAVAGANZA (Yes...that one)

Me too. I hope this is a sign that we'll also be getting Interview with Kaziklu Bey and Kajiri Kamui Kagura's English localizations in the future. I hope light goes to MikandiJapan or Degica Games for those to games if they're planning to use Kickstarter again.

I gave them a layout suggestion of the Backerkit last night lol. Seemed like they "approved" it. How they go about it is another story since they usually do half the things I suggest them. Also asked if they could add in more rubber straps from the light online store considering how they have only three available. Still can't believe one rubber strap = $10. Imo, it should be $5, but whatever.

Also learned that they made a mistake about the 300K stretch goal and never bothered to fix it. -_- It was the entire collector's box for the artbooks and not just one of the four existing artbooks. Seriously, why aren't they even fixing this now? One of the translators had to come out and say it in their place. This would've gotten more people to pledge if they wanted the artbooks in English. Not as disappointed in this though since I have the Japanese version and one extra copy of the Amantes amentes artbook. XD

All in all, I can call this kickstarter a success with a sour aftertaste. We could have gotten so much more and with better rewards too, but I'll take what I can get. Oh well, I ended up getting the physical OST and game with three tapestries (new Marie cover, Lotus/Rusalka, Trinity) as add-ons. The Trinity tapestry may be replaced depending what they add to Backerkit.

Are you going for the signed physical edition? And we finally made it to the base goal! All that's left is getting to the possible, but very difficult, Vita goal at $200K. I ended up getting only the physical game+OST as well as two tapestries. Sadly, I will not be able to spend a large amount of money since I want to spend them elsewhere. Anyway, we can now read Dies irae in English and that's all that matters really. Everything else is just a bonus. Wished there were more Beatrice rewards though, but I'll take what I can get.

True. If a fortissimo localization were to happen, I'd support it all the way. It can't be worse than what Dies irae is going through.

Me too. I wished all the tiers and add-ons were organized before the KS began, but I guess that never happened. Now we're just begging them to add more stuff in so we can get to the base goal.

No, I don't think a fortissimo localization is happening anytime soon. I asked the director of fortissimo about a fortissimo English release a while ago and they said they were interested in it, but no activity since then.

So, did you back any other visual KS before this one? I backed the Libra, Muv-Luv, Bloody Chronicles, and Human Reignition Project.

Yeah...the people that want a Rusalka route have never heard or read the game. They just like her for her design. If anything, I'd say she is pretty similar to fortissimo's Momiji. The people that have read it are totally against said idea to the point where they call "I want a Rusalka route" a meme now. XD It's not bad to like a character, but it is kinda disrespectful to the author and the media itself when you want to force something in and it does not make sense at all. I mean I like Beatrice and her little screentime *cries in a corner* and you don't see me demanding more Beatrice.

With the Kickstarter at 90% now and a possible limited edition tier coming soon, I'm sure we'll make it. They also told me from my list of questions that they will look into releasing more rewards for the other heroines, so that will help a bit too. Though they don't have much time left, so Monday-Thursday are critical.

All in all, I wished this Kickstarter was better, but I will take what I can get. At least now we'll know who the fan favourite will be once a fortissimo Kickstarter comes by. Luckily Momiji is a main heroine, so we're all good. XD

Btw, which tier are you backing right now? I might drop out from the "Gotta Have It Bundle 1" tier and pledge at the $100 tier along with an extra $80 since I want two tapestries (Lotus/Rusalka and the Trinity with their Goddess). If the limited edition comes and the LDO tapestries become add-ons as well as a Beatrice reward, then I'll get all those instead.

Yep. Been "supporting" it since the Prefundia. Though I did wish light found some better people to promote their game and actually created tiers that actually mattered like a limited/collector's edition that everyone can get and get this KS fully funded in a timely fashion. I still don't get how we have rewards/add-ons for Rusalka and absolutely none for the main heroines. And the people asking for a Rusalka route/game/side story are just ridiculous. Clearly there's a pretty darn good reason why she's only a side heroine.

Anyway, I do agree that it would be a huge shame not to get Dies irae in English. In the RARE case of this not getting funded, I hope light believes in second chances and reruns the campaign. This time, more prepared through research and with better people.

The way Sun and Moon is written it feels like a full reset, so honestly you could just jump into it. It's only at 7 eps atm I only watched 2 but so far it's very different feel, at least imo haha

Also MegaTagmension is out on Steam now too and has online co-op, it's on sale atm so if your interested you can pick it up and we can play together :D

I don't think so since it hasn't really been announced when. It just says coming to theaters in 2017 subbed and dubbed.
